Most brokers get paid for successfully funding a client. Not Aaron, Aaron wants $15,990 brokerage fees for a loan that never happened due to its poor quality, and threatens to lodge a caveat on your house if you don’t pay. I guess that’s one way of improving your conversion. Get paid on every lead whether the job is done or not. That’s like a tradesman charging you the full cost of a job just to quote it…or making anyone that’s walks into a shop guarantee they will buy something before they enter…or guaranteeing a real estate agent their commission even if they don’t sell your house…While the efforts are appreciated, you just can’t win every deal, that’s just how it goes, you win some you lose some. It’s how you handle a ‘no’ that shows your character and professionalism.
